Sources close to the rumors suggest that the iOS 8 will have a strong focus on the fitness. The seeped image confirms the new apps like TextEdit and Preview. Another thing which has been floating in the air is Healthbook app also can be seen in the leaked photo.

This app will allow the users to get updated with their fitness stats like tracking of blood pressure, calories, glucose level and heart rate. Seeing obesity the world’s main problem, the tech manufactures have come out with new devices that help reduce the fatness. It could be a tact of staying in the game and Apple is just following it.

There are also some reports pointing a major Maps overhaul for next iOS to facilitate users with more new handy options. It’s not too long since we broke the news Apple is prepping something innovative for driving experience. Now, this time we’ll take you at Geneva Auto Show where Volvo is making a video demo of Apple’s CarPlay. Apart from Volvo, there’re also some other names like Mercedes-Benz and Ferrari who just have made their Apple’s CarPlay video demos.

But this video demo helps us know how it’s gonna work with your iPhone. The Apple’s CarPlay includes some possible scenarios like you’ve to call your pal or go to the nearest restaurant or museum. It’s really a fun to see ourselves doing two tasks at the same time, what about having a text conversation with your buddy while getting engaged with driving?

It’s quite different from Ferrari where you see some sticky buttons around instead complete touch interface for piloting programs. You can see Volvo’s own software for navigation system coming in a features list.

Seeing Apple CarPlay in all of three automobile makers, we won’t hesitate to say Volvo did the best job with Apple Technology. Personally, the user interface in Volvo makes more innovative and sophisticated sense than Mercedes-Benz and Ferrari. We aren’t here to praise Volvo but the way they go through is really appreciable. Perhaps, we’ll be seeing Volvo’s business thriving with this new technology.

Apple Finally Unveils its CarPlay Innovation

You might have heard lots of rumors regarding Apple’s new technology for car experience. Now, Apple puts a lid on them by announcing its new CarPlay innovation that could change the trends for upcoming time. Let’s get into what exactly it means.

One thing embarrassing for iPad as they can’t put their hands on Apple CarPlay, the system only requires iPhone users with lightning port connector, meaning iPhone 5 or higher model is applicable for this new car technology. Though, Apple’s new iPad range supports lightning connector but Apple didn’t highlight in the list of approved devices. So, we can expect it only for iPhone users.

Let’s find how it works? The Apple’s CarPlay lets the users to see some of the basic functions right on their car’s dashboard. There you’ll find iTunes, Siri, Messeges and Maps. Furthermore, it ensures the hands-free calls and voice mails while having busy hands on the steering wheel. To use any features, you need to touch dashboard’s screen just as you do on your iPhone.

The Apple’s CarPlay technology implies on select auto makers which usually count in luxury class such as Ferrari, Mercedes Benz and Volvo. All of these manufacturers will produce their first CarPlay-based vehicles in upcoming days in the Geneva. Other automobile makers including Toyota, BMW, Honda, GM, Jaguar Land Rover, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Kia, Peugeot, Nissan, Suzuki, Subaru and Ford are also interested in this technology. But, Apple didn’t confirm anything with these manufacturers.

Apple Introduces iOS in the Car For Select Automobile Makers

Seeing other rivals making announcements at Mobile World Congress, Apple to hold an announcement regarding iOS in the Car next week. A report points some selective automakers with whom Apple will implement this new technology. Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo are supposed to be the ones where we can see Apple’s new technology.

The sources close to the news confirm the Financial Times that Apple to announce iOS in the Car next week at Geneva Motor Show. With this technology, the drivers will be having fun with Apple Maps, videos, music, voice calls, Siri and a lot more.

For your information, the aforementioned Volvo, Ferrari and Mercedes-Benz have been with Apple as a launch partners at WWDC 2013. So, this gives more weight to this story. Tough we had an idea that Apple is working on that sort of project but couldn’t imagine the early announcement which is going to be next week. A report also came out in the January that pointed some delay in this project due to some problems. It may or may not be real, don’t worry next week isn’t far away that’ll better expose the things. Anyhow, take this post as a grain of salt as nothing has been confirmed by the Apple officially.
