The BBM Channels feature allows the users to have like-minded people in their conversation, when talking on a common issue. That’s great, meaning now you’ve more folks having different viewpoints on a topic which you want to discuss. While the second feature will let the users talk to any BBM user for free, no matter whether its Wi-Fi or 3G. Enjoy free calls without concerning over call charges.
BlackBerry looks very keen expanding the scope of its BBM app, which is already competing with the evolving opponents such as Viber, WhatsApp and WeChat.
