iPhone 6 & iPad mini 2 Elite iOS 7 Features

iPhone 6 & iPad mini 2 Elite iOS 7 Features

There is not any ambiguity that an iPhone 6 or iPhone 5S will come in a couple of upcoming months time and the phone will be shadowed up with an interesting iPad mini 2 and iPad 5 soon after. This is how it occurred last year, and we get no reason to distrust the same pattern this year, even some blogs  jazz around with the conflicting launch date rumor. But we are here to provide you some predictions about the iPhone 6 & iPad mini 2.

While we are much certain a new iPhone will release this year, its name is another issue and some leaks pointing at 2 models could change the way Apple decides to name the phones this year, for myself, we would not like to get any confusion in 2013 with the name procedure and love the concept of  an advanced  spec iPhone 6  the metal and an inexpensive iPhone 5S in the plastic which has been pointed in the leaked photos.

iPhone 6 & iPad mini 2 Elite iOS 7 Features

If the Apple releases an iPhone 6, will a slight innovation and advanced specs, then it delivers a strong understanding of the advanced handset. The leaks preferring a plastic iPhone 5 would only complicate matters in our view, particularly considering we’ve an iPhone 5 in the metal currently, so if the Apple do release 2 models with various price points then the new names would be much stronger and serve a determination for the iPhone 5S.

IPhone 6 & iPad mini 2 with elite iOS 7 features

Some of the readers are betting that the new features won’t come in iOS 7 beta 4, but somewhat later on with the iOS 7 Gold Master or even with the iPhone 5S or iPhone 6 launch.

iPhone 6 & iPad mini 2 Elite iOS 7 Features

There have been lots of ideas for the new features in iOS 7, though one of the most nifty was adding the swift reply to messaging and the ability to enhance images to the contacts list view, ‘’messaging list and conversation view’’. Another one of our readers ended a remarkable point by stating,

‘’ they did it with the Macs, but we’ll most likely see this as  an elite feature on the iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 or even later in the iOS 8’’.

While we do not essentially agree with these comments, it’s true that the Apple loves to sell a new handset with some elite features when possible. We saw this with the Siri, and we’ll see it again with the other new features which could be possible on the other devices but are secured as a selling method for the new hardware.

The present iOS 7 beta versions have exposed that the iPhone 4S lacks the Airdrop as seen with the iPhone 5 and the iOS 7. This could not modify in the coming betas, we’ve also seen some features and options left out of the new iPad mini software and we can’t be sure if it will modify by the public release. This incorporates particular camera filters and the Panorama, but iPad mini 2 may comprise thsese iOS 7 options and more once it is launched around September.

You can also expect that the iPhone 6 & iPad mini 2 to include elite class specs and camera upgrades, so we would expect all iOS 7 options on these hardwares but there is a good chance of some elite features as well.

Apple is  antagonistically hiring employees to work on its iWatch project, that is set to release in late 2014. Apple wants to make it more sophisticated so that it can get public linking widely and that’s why the Apple is making delay in the release of iWatch.

Apple iWatch Releases in 2014?

The Financial Times states that the Apple wants to get in some fresh expertise to contract with a number of design glitches. It is a big challenge for the engineers as they have to produce some unique design that should be eye-catching.

Apple’s iPhone 5S Production Starts This Month

Apple seems to start the production of iPhone 5S this month with the aim of launching it in the late September or the early October, Jefferies analyst the Peter Misek wrote in a specific note to the investors this morning.

In addition to the Apple’s iPhone 5S, Apple also past month started assembly of the much~rumored lower~cost iPhone, that’ll be priced at about $300 to $ 400, he added.

Apple’s iPhone 5S Production Starts This Month

Misek thinks that the Apple will set in orders for twenty five to thirty million iPhone units during the fall quarter, then ramp up fifty to fifty five million units during the holiday period. For the quarter starting in the December, Apple  plans to construct about five million iPhone 4S handsets, twenty million low~cost iPhones, and twenty five million iPhone 5S handsets. He did not mention the iPhone 5 ($605.00 at amazon).

‘’ though the big construct plan shows Apple’s sureness in the upcoming product releases, we remain alert as our checks show mostly incremental feature promotions for the Apple’s iPhone 5S,’’ report notes.’’ The Galaxy S4 (599.99 at amazon) continues to get share and the Apple’s iPhone 5S will have to compete with the Google’s Moto X phone.’’

Apple’s iPhone 5S Production Starts This Month

So if you were expecting the Apple’s iPhone 5S would look comprehensively different than its forerunners. You better not hold your heartbeat.

We should observe that the Misek’s previous predictions have not always been entirely accurate. The analyst earlier predicted that the Apple’s iPhone 5S production would start in the March for a June or July launch. Moreover, last year he wrongly forecasted that the release of an Apple~branded television set was near.

His newest prediction does, although, follow the reports that contract production giant Foxconn has  been hiring workers to construct an Apple’s next iPhone. The Foxconn recruiting push is being directed ‘’ particularly for the production of an upcoming iPhone model,’’ according to a DigiTimes report. So, we will have to see and wait what Apple has in store.

iPhone 6 Idea Looks Like Something From the Battlestar Galactica

There have been many rumors of both an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 5 coming out this summer, and while I do not hold out hope of that happening – it is too far out of the Apple’s reconginzed iPhone release rhythm~this iPhone 6 idea mockup is interesting, to say the least.

The people at designed by M, the manufacturer of the AL13 case, finally decided to place together this rather unique take on an estimated iPhone 6 design, with the cut~off corners of a piece of the paper straight out of the Battlestar Galactica.

iPhone 6 Idea Looks Like Something From the Battlestar Galactica

They are calling it iPhone 6m, of course, classifying it with their design display. The team suggested the concept iPhone shriller angles to make it feel more futuristic and edgy.

Here is what they had said about the design:

The upcoming model is all about the touch. The 6m expels buttons from the handset’s design, substituting them with the touch sensor for power, volume and home. You want to turn up the new jay~Z track? Well, there is no feeling around for the buttons, then just touch the bottom corner of handset and sound thrills out of the dual~face speakers on the bottom and front of the phone. 4 speakers, bigger sound!! Sick right!

iPhone 6 Idea Looks Like Something From the Battlestar Galactica

The front speaker and camera for your ear are enfolded around each other in the circle, keeping things sleek and smooth. It is slimmer than the iPhone 5 about 20%. And , though they were dreaming, they categorically decided to give their idea an 18 mega~pixel camera while they are at it, with a particular low~light mode, the panorama feature, and a ring flash for an awesome lighting effect.

Apple’s iPhone 6S might have a Samsung A9 soul

Apple’s iPhone 6S might have a Samsung A9 soul

Apple is said to be expending Samsung to form the A9 mobile chips for iPad and iPhone in 2015, another symbol that the company’s attempts to detach itself from its opponent’s production expertise are fighting. Though Apple had switched to the TSMC for it’s A~series chip construction starting in the 2014, according to the Korean economic daily, it’s Samsung’s skill in 14nm production that has won back the Apple’s business.

According to the site of korea, Apple and Samsung inked a contract on july 14, particularly for the Apple A9 chipset estimated to be in the 2015’s iPhone. The chip will utilize 14nm FinFER technology, its  been said that if Apple’s ‘’S’’ nomenclature form continues, by that point we will likely be looking the iPhone 6S, although the Korean report advocates it’ll be the iPhone 7.

Samsung and Apple have had a unrestrained relationship over the past few years, consuming as much time in the courtroom struggling to remove huge damages payments and have their opponent’s devices banned from the sale, as they’ve negotiating components. Samsung has always been a particular supplier for the Apple – as well as CPUs, it supplies the flash memory and the other components – but the legal intensifications Apple has tried to broaden its supply chain and ignore giving so much money to the Korea foe.

The chipsets had been a bottleneck, in spite of the ongoing endeavors of TSMC, but the news of a deal over the next Apple A8 had been observed as a symbol that Samsung was being pressed out of its advantaged position.

Instead, the Samsung’s work on the 14nm working has paid dividends, giving something TSMC allegedly cannot. The 14nm chips are estimated to offer presentation modifications as well as the reduction in the power consumption, with the central silicon ‘’fin’’ running the distance of the ransistor.

The 1st devices to use A9 processors  are not estimated to show up for some time yet, and their stipulations have not been confirmed. The existing iPhone 5 runs the Apple’s A6 chip, although the next refreshed version, estimated to be iPhone 5S – is likely to have the A6X (newer version). That is presently used in the 4rd gen full~sized iPad, although might be changed for the lower~power requirements of the upcoming iPhone.

iPhone 6 Release Date Still Points To (Again) September

| July 13, 2013 | 0 Comments

http://www.stableytimes.com/news/iphone-6-media-event-sept-10th-iphone-6-release-date-friday-sept-20th/8208/

Today we have some new and latest speculations regarding iPhone 6 release date that it will indeed launch in the September. Everyone is expecting an entirely redesigned device to go along with totally redesigned iOS 7 , that is the major reason the iPhone 6 is estimated rather than iPhone 5S.

iPhone 6 Release Date Still Points To (Again) September

At that point everyone has to set their 2 cents in as far as when iPhone 6 will finally be out, with the some saying it’ll be sooner and the others saying it’ll be as late as next year. Today Stabley Times Phil Moore said that he believes that the event of media for the device will be September 10, and the new device will release on September 20. It should be highlighted however, these release dates are pure speculation.

The iPhone 6 & iOS 7

Moore believes that the iOS 7 will be unveiled on September 10, though again, we don not know for definite if this’ll be the releasing date of the entire operating system. Apple Inc. NASDAQ:AAPL launched the 3rd update for its iOS 7 beta to the developers just few days ago, and therefore company has said that the entire version will be set this fall sometime. History shows that the iOS 7 becomes accessible to the general public days ahead of the release of upcoming iPhone and there are about 2 or 3 weeks between the updates to the latest operating system’s beta.

The Release Date of iPhone 6

History also indicates that the Apple Inc. NASDAQ:AAPL embraces a media event on either the 2nd Wednesday or Tuesday in the September to release the products that it will ship in required time of frame for the holiday shopping season. Why not iPhone 6 or iPhone 5S is estimated to be among those products. Since 2nd Wednesday in the September occurs to be September 11 this year, it is unlikely that Apple will set a media event on this date, simply out of the respect for the anniversary of the 9/11 terror assaults.

Besides the iPhone 6 release date, we might see the other new goods ship in time for the holiday season. There is a possibility that we will see the iPod touch 6 and perhaps even the iWatch, though it could  be a bit early for that new device.

For some time now we have also estimated a release for the iPhone 5S around the same time. Its enormously likely that the upcoming iPhone will release the running iOS 7, which is due for the public release in the fall, so everything is starting to tie in nicely.

We seem to see more seeped images look as we get closer to the release of the new device, and we have already seen seeped component images and concept versions of the budget iPhone and iPhone 5S. we are sharing the images that supposed to be the iPhone 5S framework and casing of budget iPhone.

The image below is directly claimed to be of budget iPhone casing, and as you can notice that there are different color variations including green, blue, red, yellow and white. The leak from the Taiwanese publication also narrates that the upcoming device is made from the plastic, as we estimated.

Price of the new budget iPhone is also given as $349 for 16GB model, 32GB for $449, or 64GB variant for $549, and the specs are supposed to be similar to those of the existing iPhone 5. Though much of this ties in with the previous speculation, we must emphasize that so far all of the above details are unverified including the price.

Budget iPhone and iPhone 5S Image and Price Claims

Coming to the iPhone 5S, and the image below that story spectacles what is claimed to be an aluminum framework of the handset. The specs, which have been seeped and rumored so far comprise a 4 inch IGZO display with the resolution of 1136 x 640 and 2GB of RAM, 326 ppi and 12 megapixel rear camera. We had estimated an enhanced processor but it seems the CPU might be same as one used on the current iPhone, though graphics might be upgraded.

Apple & Amazon Drop legitimate Scuffle over the 'Appstore' Name

Apple & Amazon drop legitimate scuffle over the Appstore mark and a legal claim filed by the Apple over the Amazon.com’s use of term ‘’Appstore’’ has terminated after the Apple categorically decided to withdraw the case.

Apple filed this suit in the March 2011, objecting to the Amazon’s use of the term ‘’Appstore’’ for its mobile software developer program & its strategy to use this term for online store of apps for the devices using the Android operating system. The California, Cupertino company filed legal suit among other things which it had joint law trademark rights in ‘’App Store’’ mark under the California law.

Apple & Amazon Drop legitimate Scuffle over the 'Appstore' Name

Apple issued to the Amazon an agreement not to prosecute and desires to have the complaint dismissed with the prejudice, Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District court of the California said in order Tuesday. Amazon.com’s counterclaim for the declaratory relief of the non infringement was also discharged.

‘’ We are satisfied that the court has decisively dismissed this case,’’ Amazon narrator Mary Osako said through the email.’’We are very keen in continuing our focus on providing the best appstore experience to the customers and developers.’’

Apple could not be instantly reached for the comment on its verdict to end this case. One of the Apple’s opinions in the lawsuit was that as the both companies trade through the internet, Amazon also comprises products from the Apple, buyer may be confused when they discover Amazon using the Apple’s name for the mobile download service.

The term ‘’App Store’’ statistics in a list of service marks on the Apple’s website. Service names are used for the services, in a way that trademarks are used for the products.

Apple’s attempt to register the name in 2008 with the United States trademark and patent office was opposed by the Microsoft which sued that the name could not be recorded as it was generic, the Magistrate noticed when she denied the Apple’s motion for the preliminary injunction on the Amazon.com’s use of the term ‘’Appstore’’ in the 2011.

Amazon stated that ‘’ App Store’’ mark was generic, and it didn’t use the ‘’Appstore’’ as the trademark. But factually to tell the buyer that the service is an App store, and that it deals apps for the Android.

Apple unproven causes of the action for the lawsuit were: the trademark infringement & dilution under the Lanham Act, a common legal trademark infringement, dilution under the Professions code and California Business, false advertising and unfair competition.
