- Swipe the left ‘’slide to unlock’’ slider and then enter your iPhone’s security code if needed.
- Double click on the ‘’Home button’’.
- Hold down any app that appears in the strip which is situated at the bottom of the iPhone screen until they begin to shake and you’ll notice that a red colored circle with the white minus sign appears in the upper left corner of the each app icon.
- Hit the red circle with the white minus sign on the each app that you like to close.
- Repeat to close each app or swipe to left to select and view individual apps to close.
- Click on the ‘’Home button’’ again to close the tray that is situated at the bottom when finished.
