US Bans the Imports of iPhone 4,4S & iPad 2

The ITC ( international trade commission) bans on the import of iPhone 4,4S & iPad 2 into the United States comes into effect on the 5 August. The President Barack Obama is asked to intervene.
The ITC governed in the June this year that these products infringed on the Samsung patents. The problem is that iPhone 4,4S still accounts for closely half the US iPhone sales.
The Apple notified that the prohibition will ‘’ sweep away the whole segment of the Apple’s device offerings and damage its carrier partners.’’ Apple should be more alarmed that it doesn’t have a latest model accessible now ~ it might then lessen the cost of the 5 and uphold the lower cost handset sales, although it would perhaps lose money on the every sale.
The patent contravention is important because it includes so~called FRAND patents, that are standard~essential patents that the owners are assumed to license to the competitors. Apple claims that the Samsung is interesting too much for the license while the Samsung says that it has set a reasonable offer before Apple.
Opinion
I can’t help but sometimes feel that this entire thing is like a chess game being orchestrated by the Apple in the comforts of engendering poor United States public opinion against the Samsung.
Reading many comments and tweets on that specific topic, it looks that the Samsung is being painted south Korean ‘’baddie’’ when incongruously Apple has used the myriad of patent claims to upset competitors. Apple must think twice before boarding on the patent wars again.
Incongruously Apple is now representing itself as a great American company when President Barack Obama inquired Steve Jobs what it would take to carry ‘’those jobs back to US’’ Steve Jobs stated that they aren’t only US company, they have investors and offices around the world.
Amusingly Apple’s latest ‘’designed in the California’’ advertisements have been welcomed as enormous flops ~ Apple viewers and fans alike don’t want ‘’company policies’’ but the leadership, cool and innovative products. Ace Metrix, a media~consulting company gave advertisement sequence a score of 489, unusually low seeing Apple ads usually get over 700.

4 Causes to Buy an iPad

Like many others, I’ve an Aunt Vilma. This Aunt Vilma has a question that’s on the minds of many other like~minded Aunts round the world. Particularly:
Dear Eadie,
Why should I buy an iPad?
Love,
A.V.
It relics a question that is difficult to answer in the tidy list of many points. And it is due to it’s been my know~how that you do not really understand how fruitful an iPad will be for you till you live with the one. That said, I can give some explanations regarding my use and how others around me use theirs.
Portability

For many other, the major attraction is that you can carry an iPad with yourself wherever you want to go. In my case, it means that if I need to check an email or my Twitter account, or want to look something curious up on the internet, I won’t go to my Mac PC. I can do all this with great ease using an iPad. If you are a great cook and want to know about more delicious recipes, then you can get your favorite recipe on the internet using an iPad, and you can do it while doing other tasks in the kitchen, no need to go outside of your kitchen. And it is not only restricted to the kitchen, you can solve all your queries wherever you are, so all that you need to do is to buy an iPad.
Access

The iPad’s portability is improved by its capability to connect to the internet in many ways. Almost all iPad work with the Wi~Fi feature but if you pay some additional money required for the cellular model($130 over the Wi~Fi price), you can access an iPad which works about anywhere, like your mobile phone. Yes, you need to pungle up some fee each month for that kind of access, but it shows that your iPad can always be in touch with the rest of the world. And it could be very helpful when you are traveling abroad and want to keep in touch with the office duties.
Ease of use

With the iOS Apple has assumed an effort to redescribe what it means to interact with the computing devices. while some of the other computer veterans feel that iPad’s interface is obtuse down. not everyone wants the kind of flexibility and power that a more open operating system permits. They need a device which allows them easily to perform the tasks which interest them. And iPad does it splendidly, and in a way which does not require to devote hours wading via help files.
Location

The iPad’s capability to sense its location is more fruitful than you could imagine. It lets you obtain info in the context to your surroundings. The clear example is plotting adjacent shopping and services & using something like the Yelp to explore more about a restaurant or store before paying visit. But it can help you know what kind of movies are playing nearby, how local weather is shaping up, what is that bright light in sky at night, and how’s weather now, is it a good time to go outside or nearby highway.
iPad Sales Drop, While Iphone Sales Smash Record Numbers

The Apple has reported a large figure for the iPhone sales in its Q3 and earnings that were fair above what the Wall Street expecting.
The Company saw $35.6 billion in the sales, that is dimly up from from its incomes in the same cycle last year. Not all the data met hopes though. iPad sales and Mac sales were down from the last year, and the Apple did not even hesitate to report iPod sales. ( Apple sold about 6.8 million iPod units in the Q3 of 2012).

Here is a look at some of 3rd quarter of 2013 figures that the Apple did want to share:
$35.6 billion in the sales. Apple’s sales were driven by the iPhone sales mostly, that CEO Tim Cook took to raise in his statement to press. He mentioned the iOS platform as the growing income source. This sales data is up from the $35 billion in the 3rd quarter of the previous year.
14.6 million iPads sold. iPad sales drop from last year, when the Apple broke a quarterly record, selling seventy million iPads.
3.8 million Macs sold. Which is down dimly from four million Macs sold in the 3rd quarter of 2012.
31.2 million iPhones sold. iPhone sales were a quarterly record for the Apple. The data compares to the twenty six million iPhones sold previous year. Users have formed about 320 million iPhone accounts, sending nine hundred billion iMessages & 125 billion photos and generating eight trillion push notifications.
One billion Television episodes & 390 million movies downloaded in the iTunes. The Apple said these large figures break down to the users downloading 800,000 television episodes and 350,000 films each day.
Fifty billion apps downloaded from the App Store. Apple celebrated the App Store’s fifth year anniversary recently and its current data show the platform is going solid. There are more that nine hundred thousand apps in the App Store, with the 375,000 apps made particularly for the iPad. Developers have made $11 billion from the sales, and half of that was got in the last four quarters, according to the Apple.
