Givi’s New Motorcycle Holder for iPhone 5 With Old Cable Opening
One of the makers with a decent and a constant presence in a segment of the motorcycle accessories, the Givi has announced their latest holder for iPhone 5 Smartphone.
The new iPhone 5 holder is in fact a nifty case that comes with a rain over producing the entire system waterproof and therefore comfortable for the long hauls in the rain. The case features Givi’s genuine mounting clamp, presumably well tested against the vibrations.
The transparent film lets rider use the iPhone’s elementary functions even when gloved, However we distrust that someone will ever be capable to shut down the applications from multitasking menu.
One of the pretty things about this nifty holder is that it comes complete with the sun visor which is supposed to increase the screen visibility when riding in the bright day.
Though, it appears like the Givi forgot about the Apple’s new lightning charging cable that has a smaller connector, and have kept large cable opening of S951 (iPhone 4, 4S) holder.
The Motorbiker’s French friends at the l’Equipement tested that device and confirmed that the cable opening way is too large for the Lightning connector.
